Shipping policy
Delivery areas
We deliver to Belgium and France. For any other destination, write to us at support@boxedeco.com to check whether shipping is possible.
Delivery times
The times below are estimates and counted from the shipment of your order:
- Belgium: free delivery in 2 to 3 business days via bpost.
- France: free delivery in 2 to 5 business days.
During periods of high activity (Valentine's Day, holidays) or in the event of a carrier disruption, a slight additional delay may occur.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free to Belgium and France.
Order tracking
As soon as it is shipped, you receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number to follow the progress of your parcel.
Delivery address
Please check that your delivery address is correct. If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or an uncollected parcel, reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos, at support@boxedeco.com. We will offer you a suitable solution.
