Terms of Service – Boxe Deco
1. Overview
The website https://boxedeco.com is operated by Boxe Deco, a brand of Cinq SPRL, a company registered under number BE0887538023, whose registered office is located at Avenue Florida 77A, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium.
By using our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our services.
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform.
2. Access to the site and user account
By accepting these Terms, you declare that you have reached the legal age in your country of residence, or that you are authorized by your legal representative.
You undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information for any order. You are responsible for the use of your account and for the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Products
Boxe Deco sells a romantic decorative box set containing:
- 500 fake rose petals
- 10 classic red balloons
- 10 red heart-shaped balloons
- 10 red aluminium balloons
- 20 balloon adhesive strips
- 1 "LOVE" balloon
- 1 inflating straw
4. Orders
Any order is subject to acceptance by Boxe Deco. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular in the event of suspected unauthorized resale.
5. Prices and billing
The prices displayed are in euros, all taxes included. Delivery charges may be added depending on the destination.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price charged is the one in effect at the time of the order.
6. Payment
Payment is made online via the methods offered on our site. Any order is only effective after validation of the payment.
You undertake to provide accurate and authorized payment information.
7. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimates.
Boxe Deco cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. In the event of a delay beyond the estimated date at the time of the order, you may submit a refund request in accordance with our return policy.
8. Return policy
Returns are accepted only in the event of a delivery delay compared to the date announced at the time of purchase. The customer has 14 days after receipt to submit a request to support@boxedeco.com.
No return will be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or in the event of a simple change of mind. See our Return policy.
9. Intellectual property
All the elements of the site (texts, images, logos, design, etc.) are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Boxe Deco.
Any reproduction, distribution or use without authorization is prohibited.
10. Protection of personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy, in compliance with the GDPR.
11. Limitation of liability
Boxe Deco cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of the site or the products, including in the event of error, inaccuracy, misuse or unavailability of the service.
12. Disputes – Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Nivelles.
